Your satisfaction is our priority! Whether your new ring doesn’t fit or you’ve simply changed your mind, we make returns and exchanges easy.

Our Returns & Exchanges Policy

• Free Returns for UK & EU Customers: Use our returns portal to start your return.
• 30-Day Return Period: Return any item within 30 days of your order's dispatch for a refund or exchange.
• Refunds: We’ll refund the price of your item to your original payment method. Please note, shipping and gift-wrapping charges are non-refundable.
• Condition of Items: All items must be returned unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Returns that do not meet these conditions will be refused and sent back to you.
• Exchanges: You can exchange your item for another of the same price or less. If the new item is cheaper, we’ll refund the difference.
• Promotional Items:
  • If returning all items from a “Buy 2, Get 1 Free” offer, a full refund will be issued.
  • If keeping the promotional (free) item and returning the paid items, the refund will be the amount paid minus the retail value of the free item.

For International Customers

We currently offer free returns only for UK & EU customers. However, we’re expanding our returns portal to include the US by March 2025, with additional countries like Australia and Canada to follow!

For now, if you’re outside the UK & EU and wish to return your order, please contact us with your order number. We’ll guide you through the process and provide support for your return.
